Year commencing 1 May 2002:

Minimum General Subscription of £893 plus VAT (under 84 employees)
Minimum Technical Subscription of £178.60 plus VAT (optional)

Maximum General Subscription of £5,315 plus VAT (Over 500 employees)
Maximum Technical Subscription of £1,063 plus VAT

Intermediary General Subscription at the rate of £10.63 (plus VAT) per employee plus an additional 20% to cover the Technical Subscription.

All rates are charged pro rata.
