Pinco (Bradford) Ltd. is probably the largest manufacturer of pins and pinned products in the world.

The product range includes:

• All types of pins for textile applications - gill, hackle and card pins; 'Meta' pins; rag tearing pins, round, flat and sword shape; tenter pins in carbon and V3M stainless steel.
• Steel faller bars for all high-speed screw-and chain-type gill boxes.
• Disposable faller bars for most screw gill and GC chain gill fallers. All types of repinning systems for steel high-speed fallers. Preglued inserts, press fit inserts, metallic strip inserts.
• Hackles - aluminium repinnable; plastic repinnable, and disposable.
• Faller bars for all types of Jute and Flax machines.
• Brass and nylon gills to any specification.
• Gill screws and other gill box spares.
• Aluminium lags for most rag tearing machines, even those machines traditionally clad in wood.
• Tenter pin plates.

Pinco has expanded rapidly during the last few years and now employs 200 people on four sites in the Bradford area.

Unlike most pinned-product manufacturers, Pinco controls almost all of the manufacturing process in-house.

Wire drawing, pin making, injection moulding of inserts, machining of faller bars, drilling of aluminium lags are all operations carried out on state-of-the-art machines. Many of the manufacturing processes are carried out using purpose-built machines made in Pinco's own engineering facility.

The degree of control and the extent of vertical integration give Pinco and it's customers a competitive advantage.
