SINGEING. The Mk 9 singeing machine has double singeing in a single machine pass and has improved operator control. It can incorporate fully programmable process control technology. Brushing, Beating, Flock Collection and Filters are also supplied.

CARPET AND FELT BURNERS. Available up to 14 Metres long with cross flame technology. Carpet back singeing can give significant savings in latex use.

CONTINUOUS RANGES. A full range of wet process units and atmospheric steamers for bleaching and dyeing are producted.

COMPRESSIVE SHRINKING MACHINES. A wide range of shrinking machines suitable for all woven fabrics. Machines can be easily adapted for selective shrinking to produce seersucker effects as well as plain shrinking.

VACUUM TECHNOLOGY. Machines based on advanced vacuum technology are available including the VAS 200 saturator for liquor application with a high degree of saturation and /or precise levels of application. The JET VAC washing/scouring unit has a combination of liquor spray pipes and vacuum slots for very efficient liquor interchange and can be used for all types of woven fabrics particularly woollen and worsted.

MERCERISERS. Chain mercerisers for hot and cold mercerising are available along with smaller production batch mercerisers.

CALENDERS. Modern calenders using steel, polyamide and cotton bowls can produce a wide range of finishes on all fabrics.
