Each day the Association receives enquiries from around the world many of which request the name of a manufacturer who makes a particular product. These enquirers are given the name of those members who, it is felt, will be able to provide the equipment that is required. In addition those members whose names have been forwarded to the enquirer are automatically informed enabling them to immediately contact the enquirer direct.
All enquirers to the office of the Association are automatically sent a copy of the BTMA Directory. This, we believe, not only provides information on the members that have been the subject of the enquiry but also provides the enquirer with an overview of those other companies that collectively form the British Textile Machinery Industry.
The combined immediate efforts of BTMA and its members to respond in such an efficient manner to all enquiries received creates not only a favourable impression as far as the affected member is concerned, but also reflects favourably on the Association and the Industry it serves.
Application for Membership
